When will my order ship, and what are the shipping options and charges?

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Shipping charges and delivery times depend on the shipping method you select at checkout:

-Economy Shipping: Cost-effective, with delivery in 7-10 business days.

-Standard Shipping: Balanced between cost and speed, with delivery in 5-7 business days.

-Expedited Shipping: Fastest option, with delivery in 2-4 business days.

Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout based on the shipping method and destination. You can view available options and costs on the checkout page.

Please note that during peak seasons or holidays, processing and delivery may take longer than usual. If you have an urgent order, we recommend selecting an expedited shipping method.

Has my order shipped?

To check the status of your order, please log in to your account on our website and navigate to the "Order Status" section.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment. Please note, during peak seasons or holidays, there may be delays in processing and shipping orders.

When will my backorder arrive?

For backordered items, our team actively follows up with our suppliers to restock as soon as possible. We will notify you once the item is available and shipped.  

Our backorder process includes the following steps:  

-Verifying the stock availability  

-Keeping you informed with regular email updates about the status of your order.  

-Providing an estimated delivery date (if available).  

If the delay is significant, you may contact us to modify.

What is your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 15 days from the delivery date for a refund. To initiate a return:  

-Contact us at shopify@medlinket.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  

-Return the product in its original packaging, including all parts and accessories, using a sturdy box (padded envelopes will not be accepted).  

Key Points to Note:  

-A 15% restocking fee may apply for non-defective returns or if the product is not in resalable condition.  

-Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.  

-Software purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.  

If the return is due to our error or a defective product, the restocking fee will be waived. Returns are not accepted after 15 days.

How are warranty claims and out-of-warranty issues handled?

Most of our products come with a warranty period ranging from 6 to 12 months, as specified in the product documentation.  

-Within Warranty: For defective products, please contact us at shopify@medlinket.com or refer to the manufacturer's warranty terms.  

-Out of Warranty: If your product is out of warranty, our team can assist with repair or replacement services at a reasonable cost, depending on the issue.
